Academic Advisors Dashboard
The Academic Advisors Dashboard allows each Advisor to see a summary of their students and the courses they are in. The data is pulled from DLCgo (one day behind) and MSS to show the full picture of any full time student.
2 To see new students without and advisor, navigate to students without advisor
3 Click "Current Enrollments"
This will show all of the courses a student (or multiple students) are actively enrolled in. This will show both current and future enrollments. If you select a user, this user selection will then be selected for "Past Enrollments", "MSS Transcript" and "Communications.
4 Click "Past Enrollments"
This will show the history of a students enrollments from Sask DLC. If the student took a Sask DLC course (completed or dropped) the course will appear in their history.
10 Click "MSS Transcript"
This will show the courses listed on their MSS transcript. Please note, this is not the official SDS transcript but a record of what is in the Ministry of Saskatchewans database.
11 Click "Communications"
The last communication from the AA to the student will appear in this view
