Official Sask Transcripts Requests

We are unable to send any official transcripts on behalf of the student. The student is now responsible. To order Saskatchewan transcripts, the student will have to go to:

High school and Adult 12 transcripts are accessed through the MyCreds™ Learner Portal.
Documents shared through MyCreds™ are sent directly from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education and are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official.
To access your transcript, you will first need to fill out the Request for High School and Adult 12 Transcripts form at the link below. The information provided will be used to search for your transcript record. If it is located, it will be securely transmitted
To MyCreds™ and you will receive an email from MyCreds™ | MesCertifMC indicating there is a document (transcript) available. Please follow the link in that email to register your account with MyCreds™. You will need to buy a “share credit” to view and/or share your transcript.

If no record is found or it cannot be verified, you will be contacted by Student and Educator Services via the email address provided with more information.
