Communication Guidelines
Throughout the school year, AAs will need to send out mass communications to all of their students and individual communications as needed.
Each AA will be responsible for communicating the consistent message to each of the students that they have been assigned. Other than the communications listed below, e-mails throughout the year may be determined as a team or sent at the discretion of the individual AA.
Communication Timeline
August
- Approving courses for returning students
- Updating grad planners
September
- Welcome Emails should be sent out to all new students.
- Approve courses for students
- Create grad planners for new students
- Check and review course loads for all your students
