1. Go to https://portal.office.com and enter your firstname.lastname@saskdlc.ca
2. Enter your password and hit Sign In
3. You will now see Approve sign in request with a number on your workstation after you enter your password:
3. You will now get a request on your phone from the Microsoft Authenticator app:
4. Once you have open your phone you will get a pop up in the Authenticator app. Enter the number on your workstation and press Yes:
5. You will then be prompted again for your phone's passcode:
5. Once you have entered your phone's password you will now see a screen on your workstation saying Stay signed in. Hit on Yes.
You will now be signed into Microsoft 365 until you sign out or log in to a new device.
