Method 1

1. Get to the student's profile by searching for them: 
   • Student's Tab, find the student, click on the student, or
   • using the top right search bar
2. Click the blue Reset Password button. This will trigger an email to the student with instructions on how to change their password.

Method 2

1. The student should go to DLCgo.ca
2. Click the "Forgot Password?" button.
3. From there, they can put their DLCgo username in or their email address.
4. An email will trigger letting them know their password
