How to Create a YouTube Account

Step 1

Go to YouTube.com and click the button in the top right-hand corner that says “Sign in.”

Step 2

Below the sign-in spot, click on “Create account.”

Step 3

Fill in your information. Do not click on the link to create a new Gmail address. Your mobile number is required to verify your account.

Step 4

Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up page and click “I Agree.”

Step 5

If you choose to use your cell phone number, it’ll ask you to verify your account via a mobile number, it will ask you if you’d like to do that via a text message or a phone call.

Step 6

The last step in this process will be to verify your email address. You will receive an email sent to your Sun West email address.

Step 7

Once you’ve verified your account, email us at helpdesk@saskDLC.ca and he will add you to the DLC YouTube Team.
