1. Go to www.DLCgo.ca
2. Click on Administration
3. On the panel on the left side of the screen, scroll down to "System Setup" and click on "Announcements"
4. Click "Add New Announcement"
5. Copy and paste this HTML code: <a href="https://www.dlcgo.ca/Dashboard.aspx"><img src="Insert MDrive link Here" width="100%""></a>
6. Enter the Start and End dates
7. Enter the Subject
8. Set "Dismissable" to "no"
9. Set "Show as a Pop-up" to "no"
10. Set "Pin to top" to "yes"
11. Checkmark all the available roles
12. Go to the MDrive > Communications > Social Media > Development > Social Media Banners, open the banner you're looking for, and copy the link to the banner
13. Go back to DLCgo, and in the HTML, replace "Insert MDrive link Here" with the link you just copied
14. Click "Design" and double-check that the banner will appear correctly
15. Click "Save"
16. Go to DLCgo to ensure the banner is displayed correctly.

If you wish to have the banner link to a website, follow these steps:

1. Copy the link of the page you want students to be re-directed to when clicking on the banner
2. Replace the link to DLCgo with the new page that you want students to go to when they click on the banner
