Sora - How Do I Log into into Sora with my Sask DLC User Account?

Sora is an an application that allows students to borrow eBooks and audiobooks from the Sask DLC library. You can also access class novels and materials using Sora codes given to you by your teachers.

Before You Begin

To access the resources made available by the Sask DLC, you will need to log into your Sask DLC Microsoft 365 account. If you don't know how to access your Microsoft 365 account, you can find instructions on how to do that here:

If after following the instructions, you have any difficulties logging into your Sask DLC Microsoft 365 account, please contact us at helpdesk@saskDLC.ca.

Important: You must use your Sask DLC Microsoft 365 account to access the materials provided by Sask DLC in Sora. This is different than your DLCgo log in. Registering for Sora with a personal email account will not allow you to access Sask DLC's materials in Sora.

Important: The following instructions apply to the web browser-based version of Sora as well as the mobile apps for Android or IOS.

Step 1: In your web browser, go to www.soraapp.com or open the Sora app on your device.

Step 2: Click on “Find your school” and then “No, I’ll search for my school”

Step 3: In the search box, begin typing “Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre” and click on the school name when it appears below.

Step 4: Click on “Sign in using Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre”.

Step 5: Sign into your Sask DLC Microsoft 365 account by following the prompts on the screen. Once logged in, you should now see your Sora dashboard.
